Invite all your friends to a party at The Pumpkin Farm
and you’ll have the best party ever.
Please call the Pumpkin Farm at (916) 726-1137 in advance to book your party (if you expect more than 10 attendees, including adults) and reserve a picnic table. If you expect less than 9 total attendees there is no need to register your party but all normal event ticket fees and parking fees apply (if your party is on either of the two (2) mid-month weekends in October when we have much larger crowds at the Farm).
You can bring your own cake and food or buy snacks at the food booth on the weekends and eat together in the picnic area. And don’t forget your camera as there will be plenty of great photo opportunities.
Pumpkin Farm Party Costs (for any party of 10 or more attendees):
- $25 Party Fee covering:
1) use of farm facility which guarantees your party will have use of table in our shaded picnic area which is normally available on a first come basis
2) parking fee credit (only applicable on the last two full weekends of October as the first two weekends offer free parking). The $25 Party Fee will cover parking for up to 10 cars maximum attending your party (after the 10th car, the standard weekend parking fee of $5 per car will apply.)
- Purchase separately any number of Farm Passes or single tickets you choose for your party – see more info at PACKAGE DEALS
However, if you spend $100 or more on Farm Passes and tickets for your party we will waive this $25 Party Fee (please note the $5 parking fee per car for over 10 cars per above is still applicable).
We recommend that the party host arrive at the Farm at least 30 minutes before the start time of your party to register and purchase the parking ticket vouchers for you & up to 9 more guest cars to be distributed to our parking attendant. (Otherwise your unregistered guests would be subject to the standard $5 per car parking fee if your party is on the last 2 weekends of October)
We also ask that you carefully clean your party area after activities and kindly gather all trash and recyclables and crush down bulky items into the proper receptacles located in the picnic area.
